My clients have called me "The Real Estate Facilitator," and I love that title. My philosophy is to BE the agent I want to work with! That means combining my experience, education and skills at solving problems to help you reach your goals.


As a kid growing up in Portland, I thought the Rogue Valley was just a place to stop for gas on the drive to Disneyland. After moving here as an adult in 1985, I began to really appreciate the allure of what I now call “Southern Oregon Style.” For me, that is a life that includes the benefits of community, without many of the hassles of congestion. We have fantastic weather here (go ahead—ask me!) world-class medical providers, super transportation options, and an outdoor natural beauty some people only know about from travel magazines.


My son was born and raised here in Southern Oregon. When he graduated from Ashland High School, I felt enormous pride and incredible gratitude for the safe and nurturing community that helped raise him. He’s a happy and healthy young adult now, and he loves “coming home.”


My wife Cherie and I have each lived in other parts of the country, and although we love to travel, we also are always delighted to come home!

With a career spanning more than 25 years and a resumé packed with experience in management and operations, Wenda excels at building from the ground up. Beyond her business acumen, she succeeds through inspirational leadership, uniting everyone together in pursuit of the same goal.


As COO with Audio Xcellence, she led operations and expansion of the business from a single retail store to a retail chain, totaling eight locations and 180 employees. Later working in sales and marketing in Silicon Valley, she helped grow multiple technology enterprises through strategic analysis and consulting. Additionally, with Gilbane Building Company in San Jose, Wenda proved her skill at technical consultation in the data center construction industry, implementing airflow management, data center cooling, energy analysis and infrastructure systems, surpassing her customers’ needs and objectives. Most recently, Wenda was COO and Managing Member of National Specialty Pharmacy, building the business from the ground up over nine years, with licenses in 29 states and more than 40% growth year-over-year.


With these successful endeavors behind her, she has again started anew in Oregon, this time in residential and commercial real estate and development– an industry in which she was once successfully self-employed in Silicon Valley and Las Vegas. Amid all her accomplishments, Wenda’s greatest strength and advantage is that she is fearless and never thinking an idea or job is too big. She merely expands to meet the challenge, plows ahead, finds a way, bringing success to both her clients and herself. Wanting the best for everyone is the gift she shares with her community and the world.

Carrie Dahle is an Ashland native whose roots run as deep as her passion for real estate and personal growth. A third-generation resident, Carrie’s story is a testament to the enduring allure of Southern Oregon, from her early days behind the counter at The Sweet Shoppe to her heartwarming high school sweetheart romance. Her journey of exploration took her from the scenic trails of Ashland to the vibrant shores of Hawaii and further still to Arizona and Nevada, where she not only honed her skills as a Realtor but also embarked on the noble journey of family life.


Carrie’s adventures across the world have broadened her horizons, yet it was the magnetic pull of Ashland that called her back home. Returning to the hometown that framed her childhood, she now channels her extensive travel experiences and local insights into a real estate practice that’s as enriching as it is successful.
